Please see the below information regarding the Italian holiday
‘FERRAGOSTO’
August is holiday time in Italy and many firms close for the whole month and as a result it is advisable to check with your customer that the consignee in Italy will be open.
Many Italian companies are closed from the 9th August to the 16th August and this will affect all relevant shipments received over this period.
Please be advised that transit times can vary from those advertised over the month of August to every destination in Italy.
STANDARD TRANSIT TIMES TO ITALY DO NOT APPLY IN AUGUST!
