We are pleased to advise that Scottish delivery services have now resumed with isolated minor delays.

December 22 - Update
We are pleased to advise that the following postcodes in Scotland are now being serviced:
Tayside & North Fife Depot - AB30, DD1-11, FK19, FK21, KY14-16, KY8-10, PH1-18
At this time all other post codes are temporarily suspended and shipments are being held at Heathrow awaiting despatch.
The Newcastle area suspension has been lifted and shipments are now being despatched for delivery.

Heavy snow fall will affect deliveries in all rural areas

Out for delivery but due to heavy snow all deliveries will be affected and some may fail mainly in the rural areas where roads are not treated, all deliveries will be attempted but cannot guarantee delivery time.

Please be advised that due to the continuing adverse weather across the UK we have been advised today that services to and from Scotland and the Newcastle area have had to be temporarily suspended in order that the backlog of deliveries can be cleared.
Shipments for Scotland and Newcastle area will be collected as normal and held at Mission Express Heathrow awaiting confirmation to despatch. We hope this situation to be resolved as quickly as possible.
It is not taken lightly to suspend a service into a region but this is the right operational decision based on the local conditions.
We will keep you updated as we receive information and services resume.

Severe weather conditions continue to disrupt both deliveries and collections across the country. Mission Express and its UK overnight service partner is doing everything possible to return service to normal, including working at weekends, however delays are still occurring. Our update below outlines which depots, and the postcodes they cover, are most severely affected.
Monday 13 December – 10.30am Update (Next update – 4pm today)
Severe weather conditions have disrupted both deliveries and collections across the country over the last two weeks. Our update below outlines which of our depots, and the postcodes they cover, are still affected.
Deliveries from the following depots, into the postcodes shown, will be delayed by at least five days:
Edinburgh depot, which covers EH1-37, EH39-42, EH52-55, EH91, EH95, EH99, EH38, EH43-46, KY11-13, KY1-7, KY99, TD10-14.
Glasgow (Clyde Valley) depot, which covers EH47-48, G65, G67-69, G71-72, G74-75, ML1-11.
Deliveries from the following depots, into the postcodes shown, will be delayed by at least four days:
Glasgow 2 depot, which covers EH49, EH51, FK1-16, G33-34, G66, G69, G70, G79, ML12.

At the following depots, we continue to experience high volumes and have a backlog of parcels still to clear. Therefore further delays may be incurred:
Builth Wells depot, which covers HR3, HR5, LD1-8, LL35-40, NP8, SA19-20, SY16-21, SY23-25, SY7. There is only limited service in LD1-5.
