Please find below your UK Overnight, International Courier and EPS tariffs which take effect from 17th January 2022.

We have aimed to keep the average increase at 4.9% in line with the industry market forces despite the many challenges that remain such as the Covid-19 pandemic, Brexit and increasing airline surcharges.

 

We have continued to offer reduced rates for key “gateway” courier destinations around the World, and we continue to not have a Non Document Surcharge for non-EU destinations! We are proud that we still provide the most cost-effective tariffs in our market supported by the highest quality of service, something that is at the core of our business for the past 25 years.

 

In 2021 Mission Express grew its Worldwide freight network to over 80 locations and introduced a new online portal for booking, tracking, reporting, and quoting on all service options!

Our new IT system sends delivery alerts to consignees (email and/or SMS) with the added benefit of “inflight options” to arrange convenient deliveries in addition to 1- or 2-hour delivery windows (UK & EPS services)

 

In 2022, we will introduce more locations to our Freight business, a “pre-clearance” service (in the UK) for shipments to EU destinations and continue our commitment to provide more sustainable services. We continue to invest in our business through acquisition, staff training and conversion to an electric vehicle fleet in line with our Environmental Policy.

 

Mission Express provide International Courier, UK Overnight, European Parcel Service, Freight and Fulfilment (pick and pack) services all under one roof.
